• Cancellations more than 60 days before the event receive 75% refund.
• Cancellations 30-60 days before the event receive 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.

5.3 Individual Arrangements

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery for full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

6.1 Service Warranty
